  • Have direct client interaction and collaborate with other attorneys and staff.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving and provide innovative legal solutions.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for client development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate or transactional law.
  • Experience in securities, hospitality, or commercial real estate is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas (licensure in other states is a plus).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic work culture.
  • A passion for working with growing businesses and startups.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in Texas (or other state bar memberships are a plus).
