Duties

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters
• Advocate for clients to secure justice and appropriate compensation
• Build strong cases utilizing research, analysis, and legal writing skills
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure effective case management
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing case updates and legal guidance

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in personal injury law
• Admission to practice law in the state of New Jersey, in good standing
• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• New Jersey Bar Admission (Required)
