Job Overview:
A prominent law firm located in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Practice. This in-office role involves collaborating with an experienced litigator on complex personal injury cases, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact.

Duties:

• Conduct and defend depositions
• Draft legal documents, including discoveries, pleadings, and motions
• Track and manage case progress
• Prepare for and engage in jury trials
• Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Attend court as necessary
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury claims preferred
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Licensure in Illinois and Missouri required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a fully accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active State Bar license in Illinois and Missouri

Skills:

• Exceptional research and writing capabilities
• Preferred experience in courtroom motion practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
