Location:

Duties:

• Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Organize and maintain client files to ensure records are up-to-date and accurate
• Represent clients in court hearings as required, advocating effectively for their needs
• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to advance cases through the civil litigation process
• Analyze client situations to develop appropriate strategies for estate management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law within a legal firm
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, property management, and both residential and commercial real estate law
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities, especially in high-stress or emotionally charged situations

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bachelor’s degree with a legal background

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA)
