Location

Duties

• Manage a caseload of approximately 250–300 pre-litigation personal injury cases

• Supervise and provide direction to 2–3 case managers

• Provide legal counsel to clients regarding the progress and strategy of their claims

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

• Maintain consistent client communication and updates

• Collaborate with internal staff including investigators, case managers, and administrative teams

• Coordinate with external professionals, including medical providers and expert witnesses

• Contribute to case strategy development during review meetings

• Remain current with developments in personal injury law

• Perform other legal and case-related duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling personal injury matters, particularly pre-litigation

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Capable of supervising support staff and delegating responsibilities effectively

• Commitment to client-centered advocacy

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar case management software
