Job Duties:

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned work products.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations consistently while maintaining work quality.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the firm and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in various activities, including extended computer work, digital/virtual conference calls, and in-person meetings as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Experience handling transactions related to financing and M&A in energy transition projects and companies.
  • Proven expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Sound business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in research and problem-solving.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others persuasively.
  • Management skills to effectively oversee tasks and projects.

Certifications:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in California.
