A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a skilled Corporate (Finance) Associate Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, specializing in the Finance & Banking sector. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and must be admitted to practice law in California.

Duties:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of finance-related agreements, including loan documents, security agreements, and financing statements.
• Providing legal advice and support on corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market transactions.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.
• Assisting in due diligence investigations and preparing related reports.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and clients in strategy development and transaction execution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.
