Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

Palm Desert office of our client seeks a junior litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in employment and labor litigation. The candidate will initiate, evaluate and strategize new cases. Assist in ongoing cases-prelitigation and litigation. Perform all phases of discovery, motion practice, ADR, and other pretrial and trial preparation. Engage in extensive client communications and counseling. Assist in or conduct mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Research and write with accuracy and advocacy. Help train and mentor our team members.
