Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings and before government agencies, both in person and remotely
• Draft legal documents and correspondence for clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy
• Meet or exceed monthly billing requirements while maintaining the highest quality of work
• Develop comprehensive strategies and legal plans for each case
• Ensure all case files are updated, organized, and managed through an electronic case management system
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized and dedicated legal representation
• Stay current on Nevada statutes and regulations related to workers' compensation and industrial relations
• Collaborate effectively with legal team members in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Provide attentive and strategic case management, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision

Requirements

• An active member of the State Bar of Nevada, in good standing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of organization

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
