  • Develop comprehensive strategies and legal plans for each case
  • Ensure all case files are updated, organized, and managed through an electronic case management system
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized and dedicated legal representation
  • Stay current on Nevada statutes and regulations related to workers' compensation and industrial relations

Requirements

  • An active member of the State Bar of Nevada, in good standing
