A law firm seeks a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team in Clayton, Missouri. Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss their personal injury cases and provide legal guidance.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
• Keep clients informed and updated on the progress of their claims and negotiations.
• Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims status, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate personal injury claims to determine the best course of action for clients.
• Negotiate settlements and assess offers to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Work closely with colleagues to build strong cases for potential litigation if necessary.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership with the Missouri Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or related legal fields.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle claims, settlement negotiations, and client consultations.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving legal matters.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri (Missouri Bar, in good standing).
