Job Overview:
A respected law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on plaintiff-side cases. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting client intakes, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients' best interests. Strong advocacy, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively manage client relationships are essential for this role.

Location:

  • Phoenix, AZ

Duties:

  • Conduct client intakes and provide support to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Manage a caseload, reviewing and approving demand packages.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with Legal Assistants and Support Staff to ensure smooth case management.
  • Maintain detailed records of case progress and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side).
  • Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, including client interaction and case updates.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with legal assistants and support staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle demanding caseloads.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona (Arizona Bar License required).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona (Arizona Bar License required).

Skills:

  • Expertise in plaintiff-side personal injury law.
