This role involves managing a significant caseload, leading a team of Case Managers, and providing top-tier client service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, be adept in pre-litigation settlements, and be committed to guiding clients through their legal journey with compassion and expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a significant caseload of personal injury cases.
  • Supervise and guide a team of Case Managers.
  • Deliver informative and compassionate client service, ensuring precise and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
  • Analyze fact patterns to clear coverage and establish liability.
  • Ensure cases are settled efficiently in the pre-litigation stage.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel to team members.
  • Experience in settling cases during the pre-litigation stage.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Superior negotiation skills and ability to settle cases effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
