Duties:

• Conduct regular audits and case reviews for assigned teams.
• Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings with teams to ensure compliance with legal policies, procedures, and deadlines.
• Identify and address non-compliance issues within assigned teams.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to promote adherence to firm standards.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and an active U.S. bar license in good standing.
• Familiarity with Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Evidence.
• 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating on cross-functional teams.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the United States.
