Requirements:

  • Strong experience handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
