Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with skills appropriate to the level of practice.
• Strong analytical and writing abilities.

• Demonstrated courtroom experience and a desire to appear in court.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligibility for immediate licensure.
