IP Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney with a strong background in International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 litigation. This position is ideal for an attorney with at least 10 years of experience handling high-stakes patent and trademark disputes. Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of ITC Section 337 litigation.
• Lead and manage litigation teams on patent and trademark disputes.
• Conduct and defend depositions, particularly of technical expert witnesses.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on ITC procedures and patent law.
• Oversee inter partes review proceedings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Extensive experience handling ITC Section 337 investigations.
• Strong knowledge of ITC procedures, patent law, and inter partes review.
• Proven ability to manage and lead litigation teams.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Client-focused mindset with strong business development capabilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
