A law firm in Orange, CA, is seeking a motivated Unlawful Detainer Associate Attorney to join their team. The role involves providing legal counsel and representation to clients involved in landlord-tenant disputes, specializing in unlawful detainer actions.

Duties:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on unlawful detainer issues.
  • Draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, notices, and contracts related to unlawful detainer proceedings.
  • Review and analyze legal documents, agreements, and leases.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings related to unlawful detainer actions.
  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and approaches.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:
