Mid- or Senior-level Structured Finance Attorney

A prestigious law firm is seeking a Mid- or Senior-level Structured Finance Attorney to join its team in Miami. This role involves representing financial institutions, including issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Candidates with experience in general capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance, who are interested in securitization, are also encouraged to apply. The firm’s market-leading practice focuses on Repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.

Duties:

• Represent financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
• Handle transactions related to Repo finance, digital infrastructure, trade receivable finance, warehouse lending, and structured private credit facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial and securitization documents.
• Collaborate with clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters related to structured finance.
• Work closely with partners and other associates to manage high-value deals from inception to closing.
• Provide legal counsel on structured finance, capital markets, and private credit transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, private credit, or leveraged finance.
• Experience representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
• Familiarity with asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
• Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state where the position is located.
