Job Overview: A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its commercial loan workout and foreclosure team. This position requires expertise in commercial loan workouts and mortgage foreclosure litigation, with a focus on New Jersey foreclosure procedures.

Duties:

• Manage commercial mortgage foreclosure cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft necessary pleadings, motions, and court documents.
• Handle a caseload of foreclosure litigation while meeting all deadlines.
• Represent clients in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to provide exceptional legal services.
• Maintain client communication, offering consultations and updates on cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New Jersey and/or New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
• Proven experience managing litigation from inception to trial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of foreclosure laws and regulations in New Jersey.
