Job Overview:

A well-established law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a highly skilled Plaintiff Litigation Attorney with a strong background in bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims. The ideal candidate will have significant trial experience and a deep understanding of the Florida Evidence Code and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead cases from pre-suit through trial, including participation in depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Duties:

• Handle bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims from pre-suit to distribution
• Lead and manage all stages of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials
• Prepare and present detailed PowerPoint presentations during mediations
• Participate in trial proceedings and arbitrations
• Work closely with legal teams to ensure case success
• Maintain a proactive approach to case management and strategy development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida
• Strong trial experience, with a thorough knowledge of Florida Evidence Code and Civil Procedure
• Experience in depositions, hearings, and presenting cases in trials and arbitrations
• A high level of determination, competitiveness, and decisiveness
• Ambition and drive to succeed in a fast-paced legal environment

Education:

• Juris Doctorate
• Active Florida Bar Admission in good standing

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
