Duties

  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial stages.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests.

  • Handle courtroom appearances, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and assist in case preparation and strategy development.
  • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and legal procedures.
  • Provide high-quality client service while maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters and to appear in court.
  • Strong analytical and legal research skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Oklahoma.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar is required.
