Duties:

  • Handle pleadings, motions, and briefings for complex litigation cases.
  • Develop and manage fact-finding and e-discovery processes.
  • Address complex factual, legal, and logistical issues with strategic foresight.
  • Provide analytical and strategic counsel to clients on legal and economic challenges.
  • Participate in court proceedings and handle case management tasks.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on case strategy and execution.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments and written submissions effectively.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience with regional, national, or outstanding local law firms preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing and oral advocacy.
  • Strong academic background in law.
  • Significant experience with pleadings, motions, and complex briefings.
  • Proficiency in handling e-discovery and fact development.
  • License or eligibility to become admitted to the State Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar or eligibility to obtain.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in e-discovery tools and fact development techniques.
