  • Provide legal advice and support in antitrust matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and execute legal strategies.
  • Stay updated on antitrust laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements

  • 1-6 years of experience in civil antitrust litigation or relevant government agency experience.
  • Experience in the tech and life sciences sectors is preferred.
  • Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Education
