Key Responsibilities

• Handle significant responsibilities in civil antitrust litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and court appearances.
• Conducted investigations related to antitrust issues and managed case-related activities for mergers and antitrust agency inquiries.
• Provide legal advice and support in antitrust matters, including regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Stay updated on antitrust laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in civil antitrust litigation or relevant government agency experience.
• Experience in the tech and life sciences sectors is preferred.
• Superior academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in Washington, DC, or the ability to obtain admission.
