A law firm based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Blockchain Crypto Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of relevant experience in private offerings, general venture capital, and tech company corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for crypto blockchain technology, possess excellent academic credentials, superior communication skills, and membership to the State Bar of CA.

Duties:

  • Provide legal support and counsel on blockchain and cryptocurrency matters.
  • Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements related to blockchain technology and crypto assets.
  • Conduct legal research and stay abreast of regulatory developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues related to blockchain projects and transactions.
  • Assist in the structuring and executing private offerings and corporate transactions within the blockchain industry.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Corporate Law experience in a major law firm.
  • Membership to the State Bar of CA.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in crypto blockchain technology and businesses.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
