A respected law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced and passionate Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team in representing survivors of sexual abuse in cases against school districts, religious organizations, and other entities. Duties

• Draft complaints, respond to written discovery, and handle demurrers.
• Conduct depositions and participate in jury trials.
• Represent plaintiffs in civil litigation related to sexual abuse cases.
• Manage case files, including investigating claims and coordinating with experts.
• Communicate with clients, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial preparation.
• Bring new cases into the firm and receive a referral bonus for successful cases.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury or related fields such as medical malpractice or mass torts.
• Strong desire and commitment to representing plaintiffs, particularly survivors of sexual abuse.
• Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Ability to commute to the Beverly Hills office for a hybrid work schedule.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
