Duties:

• Prepare and file transfer tax returns.
• Assist in international estate planning matters, when applicable.
• Collaborate with clients to customize estate plans according to their financial and familial needs.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with a focus on complex estate planning and asset protection.
• Proficiency in trust and estate settlement, including experience in handling estate tax matters.
• Knowledge of international estate planning is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• LL.M. in Taxation is required.

Certifications:

• Active membership with The Florida Bar.
