A law firm in Denton, TX is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team, primarily handling a variety of legal matters including family law, probate, and civil disputes. The attorney will be responsible for drafting legal documents, appearing for court hearings, managing discovery requests, conducting legal research, and communicating effectively with clients and other parties involved in cases.

Job Duties:

  • Draft pleadings, wills, discovery requests, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings and prove-ups.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in family law, probate, or civil litigation preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
