This role involves handling a diverse range of real estate transactions, including finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Duties:

  • Manage and execute complex real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing.
  • Assist in closing real estate financings, sales, joint ventures, and property developments.

Requirements:

  • 22 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Previous experience in a law firm environment handling real estate matters.
  • Exposure to leasing, mortgage and mezzanine financing, capital markets, and structured finance is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State Bar and good standing.

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research and drafting abilities.
