Duties:

  • Collaborate with experienced attorneys to provide high-quality client service.
  • Manage legal tasks independently while ensuring compliance with firm standards.
  • Participate in deal negotiations and document drafting.
  • Engage with clients regularly, offering legal counsel on various complex transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of private equity experience, particularly in corporate transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
  • Flexibility to handle varying work hours, especially during critical deal phases.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing in North Carolina or the ability to gain admission.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission is required.
