Litigation Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have experience in both Federal and state court. Must be team-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and have experience handling: mediations, depositions, discovery, interviewing witnesses, legal research and writing, drafting and arguing a variety of motions, making court appearances, and preparing for and participating in trials.
