The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate, with specific expertise in closing transactions and handling related matters.

Duties:

  • Manage commercial lending and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, and financing.
  • Handle transactions and legal matters that cross state, regional, and national boundaries.
  • Close commercial loan and real estate deals with precision and efficiency.
  • Address land use and permitting issues, as well as conduct title examinations and manage title insurance matters.
  • Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation in commercial lending and real estate matters.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and commercial real estate, including acquisitions, development, and financing.
  • Proven track record in closing commercial loan and real estate transactions.
  • Additional experience in land use, permitting, title examinations, and title insurance preferred.
  • Admission to the NH and/or MA bar is required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar License in New Hampshire (NH) and/or Massachusetts (MA).
