• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and share knowledge.
• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases with minimal supervision.
• Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong advocacy, legal research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Interest in developing a network of business contacts and growing professionally.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
