Duties:

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Knowledge of Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) rules and procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation law or related legal practice.
