Estate Planning Attorney

A law firm in Clifton is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning. The ideal candidate should be technologically proficient, and it would be very helpful to have Spanish language skills. This role involves providing legal advice and drafting documents related to estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate matters.

Duties:

• Consult with clients to understand their estate planning goals and objectives.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Provide legal advice on estate tax planning and asset protection strategies.
• Assist clients with probate and trust administration matters.
• Review and analyze estate planning documents for accuracy and compliance with state laws.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties involved in estate matters.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
• Utilize technology for document management and communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning.
