Job Title: Litigation/Merger Control - Antitrust Associate Attorney

A prominent law firm is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join its expanding Antitrust practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control, along with strong legal research and writing skills. Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in antitrust litigation and merger control matters

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on antitrust-related issues

  • Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts

  • Prepare case strategies, including discovery, depositions, and witness preparation

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies

  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings

  • Stay current with developments in antitrust law and provide insights to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation or merger control

  • Strong knowledge of antitrust laws and regulations

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Prior experience in high-pressure legal environments is a plus

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
