Duties

  • Conduct legal research, review filings, and develop creative legal strategies.
  • Meet with clients to discuss concerns and shape tailored legal approaches.
  • Prepare clients for interviews and hearings, attending these proceedings as their advocate.
  • Collaborate with the management team to support firm-wide goals and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New Mexico Bar or another state bar.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • A strong commitment to client-centered legal practice.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in New Mexico or another state.
