Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

  • Assist clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Represent clients in probate court hearings and proceedings as needed.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case status, legal options, and timelines.
  • Manage all aspects of estate administration, including asset distribution, creditor claims, and tax matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in probate law, estate planning, and related practice areas in Colorado.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Colorado probate laws and estate planning procedures.
  • Experience managing contested probate situations and providing strategic advice to clients.
  • Strong understanding of veteran-specific estate planning and probate issues.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases independently while providing personalized attention to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
  • Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
