Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including case assessment, litigation, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft necessary legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Interview clients to gather detailed case information and review medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as required.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while keeping their best interests in mind.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation procedures.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Bar License (Nevada) - required.
