A law firm seeks an experienced Employment and Labor Litigation Attorney to join its Pittston team. This role focuses on representing plaintiffs in employment-related cases, providing comprehensive legal representation from initial consultation through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employment law, strong litigation skills, and a commitment to protecting the rights of workers.
Duties:
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on employment law and case precedents
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, oppositions, briefs, and other legal documents

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active State Bar membership required

• Experience in Employment Law: Knowledge of California employment law, with a focus on worker rights
Education:
• Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
