Duties:

  • Assist in drafting legal documents such as motions and pleadings.
  • Participate in the discovery process, including taking depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents.

  • Make court appearances as needed.
  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess their legal needs.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Maryland or scheduled admission by July 1.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education:
