• Handle complex business disputes in federal and state courts.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience as a practicing litigator.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and case strategy.
• Demonstrated courtroom experience, including trials and hearings.
• Experience working with financial services clients preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership or eligibility for immediate licensure in California.
