Duties

  • Maintain strong client relationships, offering clear communication and guidance throughout the litigation process.
  • Handle probate litigation matters (preferred but not required).
  • Collaborate across practice areas to ensure well-rounded, effective legal strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in litigation.
  • Probate litigation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active state bar membership in Massachusetts.

Skills

  • Strong litigation skills, including legal research and writing.
