• Meet with clients to discuss case details and provide regular updates

• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim statuses, demands, and offers

• Evaluate claims and determine appropriate legal strategies

• Demonstrate compassion and empathy to build client trust and confidence

• Collaborate with internal teams to advance case progress

Requirements:

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing

• Proven experience in evaluating claims and negotiating settlements

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

• Team-oriented mindset

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar license (active and in good standing)
