Duties:

• Represent clients in complex general liability litigation cases.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Stay current with developments in relevant legal practices and trends.
• Mentor junior attorneys and assist with their professional development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in General Liability litigation.
• Proven track record of handling complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
• Excellent references and a history of job stability.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in California.

Skills:

• Expertise in general liability and insurance defense litigation.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work under pressure.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and research skills.
• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
