Duties:

  • Represent clients in antitrust-related civil litigation and investigations.
  • Handle complex antitrust matters, including criminal enforcement actions and civil conduct investigations.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and provide strategic advice on antitrust issues.
  • Draft legal documents, motions, and briefs with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of antitrust laws, regulations, and related case law.
  • Liaise with governmental authorities such as the DOJ and FTC during investigations.
  • Assist in developing and executing defense strategies for clients in antitrust-related matters.
  • Maintain a high level of client interaction, advising on compliance and potential risk areas.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in antitrust law (law school class years 2019 to 2023).
  • Proven track record in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High academic achievement and intellectual rigor.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Top academic credentials preferred.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in CA.
