A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Associate Attorney to join its Hollywood, FL office in a hybrid capacity. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead attorney on estate planning and probate cases, providing comprehensive client support from initial consultation to case resolution.

  • Advise on advanced estate planning techniques, including Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs), and Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLATs).
  • Manage client interactions to achieve their estate planning goals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with verifiable references.
  • At least 3 years of experience in estate and trust administration and probate work.
  • Active Florida Bar License.
  • Florida residency is required.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
