Duties:

  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to meet clients' legal and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property law, particularly in patent application preparation and prosecution.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in client counseling and providing legal opinions.
  • Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a minimum of three years.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Skills:

  • Technical background in biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • An advanced technical degree in a relevant field is desirable but not required.
