A law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney for its Crystal River, FL office.

 

Job Overview:

The Estate Planning Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting clients in developing comprehensive estate plans and navigating probate procedures. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

 

Duties:

  • Drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advising clients on estate planning strategies and wealth preservation techniques.
  • Conducting legal research on estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Representing clients in probate proceedings and estate administration matters.
  • Collaborating with senior attorneys and paralegals on complex cases.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.
  • 1-3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law (preferred).
