Consultation Attorney

A law firm seeks a dynamic and personable Consultation Attorney to join its vibrant team in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will focus exclusively on conducting engaging consultations, expanding the firm's client base, and driving sales. Lead generation will not be a requirement, as qualified consultations are scheduled by the intake team. The firm offers a collaborative environment with an emphasis on work-life balance.

Duties

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs and effectively present the firm’s services.
• Engage with clients and build strong, lasting relationships to foster repeat business.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback on client interactions.
• Focus on driving sales through consultation-based business development.
• Provide a high level of client service, offering solutions and guidance during the consultation process.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid law degree and be licensed to practice in Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients effectively.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-traditional legal setting.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar license required.
