In this role, you will focus exclusively on conducting engaging consultations, expanding the firm's client base, and driving sales. Lead generation will not be a requirement, as qualified consultations are scheduled by the intake team. The firm offers a collaborative environment with an emphasis on work-life balance.

Duties

  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs and effectively present the firm’s services.
  • Engage with clients and build strong, lasting relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback on client interactions.
  • Focus on driving sales through consultation-based business development.
  • Provide a high level of client service, offering solutions and guidance during the consultation process.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid law degree and be licensed to practice in Florida.

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time efficiently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
