Divorce Attorney

A law firm in Clifton is seeking a Divorce Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law. The ideal candidate should be technologically proficient and preferably a Spanish speaker. This role entails representing clients in divorce proceedings and related family law matters.

Duties:

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings and related family law matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Utilize technology for case management and communication.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.

Education and Certifications:
